Hi one of my friends have this doubt...
January 1 - start of work
December 1 - We get points for 1 year of work in our EE profile
Now do we need to work until December 31st to prove 1 full year of work experience ?.
This is assuming he works 5 days , 40 hours per week.
Of course he has to work for a full year.
This part always confuses me, as why the system is giving points 1 month ahead, even though he hasn't completed 1 year?
