I have 1 year 1 month part time (30h/week) experience in NOC 1123 before I graduated.
Wondering if it is counted as over 1560 / 1 year full time, and if it qualifies since one of the requirements for my NOC is:
A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required.
The educational requirements of the NOC are not relevant. What counts is whether you did the job, as described in the NOC and were paid to do it, or not.
