How much time does IRCC take to withdraw a study permit application? I applied for study permit and its been 115 days and no decision is taken on my file form IRCC.
Now I have withdrawn my file on 1st October 2019 since then no reply from IRCC. My GC key portal is also showing my file as under process, should I wait foe the complete withdrawal or should I now apply for january intake.?

Did you get a letter from IRCC stating withdrawal or not?
