Hi,
1. Is it advisable to withdraw my ee profile before I apply for a study visa?
"dual intent" is legal but I'm unsure whether I'll be able to justify that in my SOP or not.
2. If I withdraw ee and then apply for a study visa, will IRCC has the history of it and will that affect study visa decision?
