Extension letter as in deferring to the next semester? I think you should wait for them to ask for it. You don't want to be in a position where you have deferred your admission and later get your visa too. We need to be patient buddy, you will certainly hear something within the next few days. And I believe CHC too will try and get us off their backs before Christmas.

Extention letter and deffered letter are two different things.

On the extention letter there is a deadline given for how late one can register for classes. On my offer letter, original date is given Jan 6 but I can join classes till jan 16 If I can get an extention letter from university.

January 11th is the last date for penalty free registration, so that is the deadline I am looking at right now.

What happened? Why didn't you attend your semester yet?

if you had deferred your admission to the next intake, then did u apply for ur study permit again?
