None!!. I am pretty sure they will issue my PPR after the upcoming draw that should be on May 15th. I called them twice in April, and in my first call the agent told me I should receive a response from them by May 19th. Now, I am pretty sure my file was finalized long time ago, they just don't want to issue PPR yet, they rather wait till the file gets all the dust and then they will issue PPR
Guys just an update, there is no clear message, and messages are contradicting.
Want to post an email received from CIC ;
there is nothing we can do excepting waiting
Response from webform (perhaps Ottawa people replied)
Good day
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

· Your application was received via your account on February 8, 2019.
· Your application is currently being processed at the local IRCC office in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The medical examination results on file are valid for you, your spouse and your dependent child.
Another Message from winnepig CIC (last week),
Good day,
Your application was assigned to an officer and clearances are pending before a final decision can be made. No action is required on your part at this time. An officer will contact you only if further information is required.

Yes, Just to give you an overall view of my timeline:
AOR: November 14, 2018
Medicals Passed: December 14, 2018 (Sydney)
Eligibility Recommend Pass: January 31, 2019 (Winnipeg)
And it has been at Winnipeg since then.
Last Friday, came to know my application was finalized after I sent an email to Winnipeg Office; however, I am still waiting for PPR/RFV or landing interview email. Hopefully, I get it soon, fingers crossed.
