Unless you do the chest x-ray while pregnant, you will need to wait until after you give birth to complete the medical, which is obviously beyond your program start time.
How are you planning to work your studies around the birth?
You will need to complete and pass a medical as part of the study permit process. As part of the medical, you must complete an x-ray (the x-ray is mandatory). Most doctors recommend against getting an x-ray done while pregnant since it can harm your unborn child.
X-rays harming a fetus seems to be mostly a myth.
But obviously your pregnancy might raise questions as to how you are going to handle the studies/financial support etc with a pregnancy/newborn.
Others can comment but nobody has mentioned what the OPs plan is for the baby to be delivered in Canada how they might plan for the costs of delivery given they may not qualify for Saskatchewan health immediately, timing seems marginal based on OPs post.
Also has the OP notified the university about the pregnancy given they may prefer the OP to defer admission rather than start then dropout in effect shortly after arrival for maternity leave.
Add to this the medical requirement the approval odds seem slim until at least post birth but that’s just a personal view.

I have not gone through the same thing. I guess you only want reply from uzomark. She hasn't posted since 2018.
It's from what I've understand and read on IRCC. How do they know that you do not have TB without an X-ray. That's the most common medical condition they want to find out from a chest X-ray. Unless you are already done previous medical for immigration purpose and are inside Canada.
