Will Job Change create an issue?

Hello,
I got my PGWP on July 20, 2016. I started my first job in Sept, 2016 and I left the job this 14 July, 2017. Then I started my second job in the following week. My CRS score is 422 without one year experience but with this job offer. They says 50 points for valid job offer. Do I or the company need positive LMIA if I am still working on my PGWP ?
What is a requirement for valid job offer?
I am working full time in NOC B level job.
I am so confused about the points calculation. Can anybody help ?

You cannot have a valid job offer with a PGWP unless you obtain LMIA.

"It also must be made :

• by an employer with a new positive LMIA that approves the offer and names you and your position OR
• if you’re currently working in Canada in a NOC 0, A or B job on a work permit that was issued based on an LMIA, and:
  • you’re working for an employer listed on your work permit
  • you’re authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued
  • your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you’re accepted as a permanent resident

Sorry But I am not getting it. I am working full time and the employer is offering me the job for at least one year. If I am on PGWP, what else I need to submit for this LMIA?

In order to obtain 50 points for the arranged employment, you need to get LMIA. LMIA has many different categories, and one of them is for supporting PR.
