Hi guys,

Can I claim 50 points under Express Entry for a valid job offer if my employer shows one year of job offer going forward?

I have a PGWP and therefore I am an open work permit holder.

I read that since PGWP is an open work permit I cannot claim the extra 50 points. Is this true?

No, you can't claim the points. You would need an LMIA.
