I'm Cuban. My government doesn’t allow Cubans leave the country with more than 5000 USD (https://www.cubaero.com/customs_reg.php). I know that I won’t pay taxes over the money I bring with me the first time. But since this can only be 5000 USD. Will I have to pay taxes if I bring more money afterwards (when I visit Cuba) or if someone sends me (through a wire transfer) money that I couldn’t bring with me this first time?
