I did my landing two weeks ago and was said that my PR card will be mailed out to my address. My question is, will I be able to see the status about the PR card on Ecas? And if yes then when or soon does that happen?

Only after processing of the card has started. You can see the latest estimates here:

Yes, once they processing has begun, you will see the status on ECAS,
