Can PR card be tracked ?

I have completed my landing. I understand that it takes 4-8 weeks to get the PR card.

My question is :
does the online account which I used to track my PR applicatin (ECAS) also show the
status of the PR card ? Especially does the ECAS display the date when the PR card
is mailed out by IRCC ?

I landed on 12 Oct 2017
I received my PR card in mail on 30 Nov 2017.

It took about 7 weeks after landing. I did link my PR card application on myCiC.
The status changed from "prcocessing" to "approved" on 29 Nov. The card cannot
be tracked on canada post - but one should expect in a few days after the status changes to approved.
