Hi everyone, one of my friend has applied for Manitoba MPNP program in Dec 2013 and expecting to get some positive message from Manitoba govt very soon..
She is married having two children and mentioned all family member names in the file. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, she want to be separated from her husband and want to remove his name from the file. She had consulted an advocate in Punjab and want to file a divorce case, but she is not sure whether it will affect her PR or not. If anyone can suggest how to handle this situation, when it is suitable to proceed for a divorce so that her file is not affected.
