My sister got married with canadian citizen in 2009 and came here march 2009 ,got PR Card in june 2009.after 1 year she lives separte from her husband and filled for divorce ,now she got divorce and want to get married in her home country,if she get married then she can apply for her new spouse or new law like sponsership bar for 5 year will affect her case because new law implemented in march/2012.
