Will a withdrawn Express entry profile be a problem for study permit

Hello,
I've created a EE profile in the first week of march and then withdrew it within 2-3 weeks. I've not received any ITA or PNP application.
Now, I am applying for study permit for fall intake. Could you please tell me:

1. Would the withdrawn EE application cause any issue?
2. May I know how to explain about the EE profile in my SOP.
