Express Entry Immigration profile cause problems with Study Permit ?

I had created a Express Entry immigration profile when EE was launched. Now i decided to
go for higher studies. Will my EE profile cause a issue when i apply for study permit ?

Not at all.

I did the same and got my study visa without problems.

At the time my EE profile was active.
But then, during study visa processing and, by seeing that it will expire without having at least the 450 points needed, I dropped it.
