We are in the medical stage of the processing. My wife is pregnant and I wonder if it’s possible to get permanent visa stamp in passport after medicals before due date? I've read somewhere here that officers try to postpone visa issuing because of that.
Do we have forum members who got permanent resident’ visa during their pregnancy?

A user in a similar situation is 'sarayu' who got visa stamp after finishing wife/new born medical after delivery. His experience is shared on 'Tracking PNP November 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia'. the link is:

If you get visa before the newborn arrives, you should travel before the delivery, in case you plan to travel to canada after delivery, the visas would be reissued. The old visas would stand void automatically.
