Why NOC type ( computer related work , small company )

I was working with a small company in my country
My work was to
- maintain computers
- install necessary software and hardware in computers
- Network management ( database )
- sometimes installing routers in clients office and renewing software and maintenance / replace / upgrade of hardware ( on site work )
- manage printers.
