Okay. And what about jobs after the completion of the course? Selvakk stated above that it would be hard to find a job and many students migrate to other provinces.
I never said it would be hard to find a job. Most students use smaller provinces for cheaper education and easier PR. After getting PR, they then migrate to bigger provinces. Perhaps I should have made myself clearer. You can certainly find jobs in smaller provinces.
Moving to bigger cities like Vancouver and Toronto is not something I would recommend if you can find employment in other places. All depends on the industry. Finding jobs all depends on what your background is and your field of interest. Even for Canadian graduates it can be tough to break into the job market. You should apply across Canada when you graduate. In general the Maritimes don’t have the strongest economies. They are lovely places to live with lovely people.

Management could be anything. Is it finance management, or another kind? If you have a qualification from memorial, you certainly have a change at getting a job in finance, but it really depends, if you have experience, if you are starting from the bottom etc. There would be more jobs in bigger provinces, but there would also be a lot more competition from people wanting the job.
