Why Chandigarh Embassy is taking toooooo much time

they started the processig on 17th ,,,,if i call the embassy will they tell me exactly on what status my application is processing on? like they processed my medicals or academics?? etc... what can they inform me????

Nidhi i think u will get ur visa in a day or two.bcoz chc chd is taking almost 3 weeks

Hi Nidhi. I also got message that my file reached on 17th June at Chandigarh CHC. I applied under university category. But there is no response from embassy. I applied for Concordia uni of edmonton. So hope for best.

Hello,

My cousin has been offered position for M.Eng. at University of Calgary. She had submitted her application for Study permit to CHC Chandigarh through VFS JALANDHAR on June 30th,2015. Her application status shows " Under process" from the very next day. It is noticeable, however,that she had applied of her own. She did not hire services of any consultant.

Any one from the forum members,who has been offered position at UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY for Falls-2015 Or ANY other University for Master Degree program nd waiting for his/her student visa from CHC Chandigarh, may please connect so as to ascertain the real position.

Interaction shall be useful nd for mutual benefit, I am sure.

Hi, i am from moga(punjab). I applied online through Edwise chandigarh consultants on JUNE 12 in NON-SPP catagory. I got medical status cleared update on JUNE 17. But no further update till today JUNE 29.
My friend applied in same way and same day but in SPP catagory and he got mail for orignal passport on 17 JUNE and got visa. But I am still waiting. Which catagory are you guys talking about spp or non-spp(general)?
