quick question , did they request any documents from you ? if so what are they ? and how long after submitting ur docs u received ur MR
I am also waiting for MR from past 22 months. NO requests or updates heard from CIC after my AOR !!!

Hi Akil,
no they didn't, they just sent an email to my employer, asking for my duties. Then they did verification call, twice.
I sent my application in the very beginning of Jan 2014, got my AOR in March 2014
Also, I had an interview - that happened in June this year.
If I were you I would call them and ask what it takes so long

I did many times , when ever i call they reply the same answer , Background verification is going on .we cannot give you any estimated time as the checks involve third party verification. Cant do anything to except waiting !!!!

Can you please share your timeline as I am also in India since one year waiting for my medicals My file was received on Aug 11 2014 Aor received on 5th Nov 2014 then nothing... :-[

They haven't really updated my E-CAS yet, only 2 lines.
1. We received your application on May 2014.
2. We started processing your application July 2014.
