My GCMS says further review required and all checks seems to be 'in progress' , does that mean that decision is moving towards approval? do they always do history, criminal etc. checks?
Even when it could lead to rejection?
I am a march, 2014 applicant and no MR yet.I received my GCMS notes it says "work experience from december,2012 lock in, noc 0621 selected, full time Retail store Manager with _________. Employment letter dated __ Feb,2014 confirms date of employment, position title and salary of $22.15/ hour, 40hrs/week. The job description provided in the Letter of Employment appears to have been partially drawn or drawn directly from HRSDC website. Additional notes: LOE signed by company director, _________, majority of LOE job duties appear to be copied from NOC descriptions on HRSDC website."

Congratulations baboo_pr. When did your MP contact CIC and what response did MP get. Also share the due date on all your GCMS notes. Just trying to understand if MP really helped. I am in India and i cannot contact MP as such.

My GCMS says further review required and all checks seems to be 'in progress' , does that mean that decision is moving towards approval? Something is moving but no one can say if it is moving toward approval or refusal. "In progress" doesn't mean automatic approval.

Even when it could lead to rejection? They always do all required verification (criminal, medical, eligibility, security, misrepresentation, etc.). If one of the verification fails, then CIC will refuse the application and skip the rest of verification (if these weren't completed).

When you get your GCMS, please let us know what is your DUE DATE? My due date is JAN 17, 2015 which is one year after i got my FN. CIC puts few due dates on my note, but all expired and nothing comes up. I hope will hear something before that DUE DATE
