Hi All - I just got medical request for me and my spouse.

My timeline: Application sent 23 May 2014. AOR: 8th July. Medical request: 23 Jun.
I had ordered GCMS in Jan end and found that my file has been sent for 2 nd review as the my employment letter was issued outside of Canada.
I sent a new letter from my Supervisor which was issued in Canada in April.

Question: My BOWP expires in mid August and I was about to file for extension. Should I apply for extension now?

CIC didn't ask for anything. I sent the letter on my own.

My GCMS notes says "Employment Letter does NOT provide information regarding applicant's duties and functions within the company". But CIC didn't ask me yet on the letter. Guide me please whether I need to send the letter contains my duties and functions voluntarily (email and mail also) or should I wait what CIC says?

Dont wait for the request, send them that letter asap.

I am March 2014 applicant . After AOR nothing heard from CIC.
GCMS notes ordered 6 times my file went for 2nd review for not even a major reason. I send them my upfront medical in May 2015.
Still no news from CIC. Don't know what to do?

Call cic. Explain your worries esp as your application has exceeded 13 months

I did call cic they said they can't do anything and said background check is going on and did not say that my file is still under 2nd review.

Send them the letter asap don't wait. I had the same issue but I got a request from CIC.

hi my noc is 1212.
I got the similar line as follows:
LOE/supporting docs not appear to match lead statement and/or a substantial number of main duties under noc code selected.salary apprears to be low for selected noc.Online search conducted on employer:Concerns found.additional notes:Website is suspended.

Although i have provided a detailed job letter drafted by my lawyer when i have submitted the application.

My lawyer suggest me to wait till immigration ask me for anything because GMCS notes are the one we request for the info on our file to see what is happening currently.So as per my lawyer I shall submit additional documents once being asked by immigration department.

Waiting for the second review to happen .Nothing heard after AOR in JAN 2014

Applied 14. August 2014.
AOR received 25. September.

BOWP online application 13.March.
Received BOWP 25. May.

Now looking for a new job in Ontario, cause my old company screwed me.
Wanted actually to finish job here till PR done but well, changing plans.

Guess they are suspicious as I am in Quebec, now I am even thinking of trying to get the CSQ just to make everybody happy.
Hope everything will work out and patience is the clue.
