Hello dear all

I am reading the guide and now I see that one of the forms (Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)) must be filled in by the sponsor and common-law partner, only if the latter is a co-signer on the application.

Who is the sponsor? Is it the main applicant? Who is the co-signer? In what case a common-law is a co-signer?

Any help is very appreciated :-[
