are we sure we talk about the same form?
Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union IMM 5409 E
???
but nobody so it is N/A
but I think the Sponsor of Common Law partner should fill out that why would they have the form than???
and declarant is him
and me declarant partner
??? so we sign
As stated in the guide and your first post, the form is only completed if the common-law partner is a co-signer. You cannot be a co-signer, therefore the form does not need to be completed.
The form is a part of the application because there are situations, such as when sponsoring a dependent child, when there can be a co-signer.

I read the thread. And i just want to be sure if in my case I do have to fill the form imm 5409 since it s applicable according to specific cases.
I m sponsored by my common-law in-land. I am applying also for a OWP. I have dependant children who will not live with me in Canada. They are staying with ther mother back home.
Do we have to fill this form in our case?
And what should we fill in the very first part??
