My rep told me that we can apply the PNP - Nomination and Federal simultaneously. Not waiting for the nominee application result. Why you guys did not do that?
My rep told me that once pre-clearance is done, she will apply the Nominee application to PNP and PR application to CIC simultaneously. I am also little confused but she confirmed that.
That is why I am asking if any one had tried like that.
He is trying to say that his rep told him that when he apply for PNP nomination to opportunities ontario , his rep will apply to CIC for PR under "skilled worker". Now when his application will be approved from Opp Ontario his file would have been already in process now at that point he will inform CIC that he has been nominated by Opp Ontario and can add the nomination to his already in-process file.
gpranav please tell us if this is what you are talking about ? But if this is the case I really recommend that you talk to CIC to confirm if you can even do that or not.
Ok, I also asked her repeatedly if that can be done. She reaffirmed that both the applications will be filed at the same time. I will reconfirm with her how she is going to do that, when I get the pre-screen approval.
You can apply under several categories but you have to withdraw from the others once you are approved under one category...I have applied under CEC recently as I do not have more time to be wasted for PNP.If I'll be accepted under PNP as well I'll see which one goes faster and then decide which one to choose. It costs a lot of money but I do not want to give it up as I have already spent a fortune on the papers at least I would like to try all of my options.
