If you aren't resident in Canada choose GCKey

If you are resident in Canada then you wouldn't be asking this question as you would know who the sign in partners are

Seriously, just go GCKey the other option is for people who are clients of certain companies in Canada and can use that as their login. Basically like using Facebook to login to a site.
