Which vsa office for processing?

Hello guys, I am in the processing of sponsoring my partner through the Common law program. Currently we are living in Australia for almost 1 year and we are on a working holiday visa and we are planning to land in New Zealand first on a different working visa before sending in our application. My question is which outland visa office will be responsible for processing our application after it leaves Ontario. Thanks in advance for any replies. Have a nice day!

They seem to prefer sending applications to the applicant's country of birth. So if that is Australia the visa office would be Sydney. Can't say that for sure though, if you really want it to be a certain visa office, you can attempt to send a request letter with an explanation of why you want a certain visa office. There is no guarantee they will listen but they have been known to change visa offices when the applicant has good reasons.
