Which visa type for spouse and dependent child ?

Hi All
My employer in India is applying for Work permit under intra company transfer category and I wanted to know followin

1) What visa category will I need to apply for my wife and 7 yr old kid ?
2) Is this a sort of a dependent visa which is linked to my WP ?
3) Can I apply for wife and Kids visa alongwith my work permit application ? What are the pros and cons ?
4) Can I include my mother in the dependent list ?

I'll help with one question. Your mother is not a dependent and cannot be included in your application in any way.
