Hello - I am in a closed work permit in Canada. My wife delivered a baby boy abroad. I wanted him to add my child as a dependent so that he can come and live here. However, my wife got an open WP until my WP is valid.

How can I add him as a dependent in an approved closed work permit?
 
You need to apply for a TRV for the baby.
