Which province is good for electrical engineers

Hi my husband has 6 years of experience in electrical field and we are trying to get pr through pnp, which province is suitable for electrical engineers ?

With the information provided, no province is suitable as 6 years experience gives no information. What is your CRS score? What is his age? Does he have a masters & what is his NOC? Are his language scores strong? Engineering is a licensed profession in Canada so depending on the NOC he may need a provincial license.

Hi his noc is 2133 and we have very low crs score 350 and he has no masters

It will be difficult as he will need a provincial engineering license to be eligible in that NOC. Also without a masters his scores will be too low for provincial scoring like Saskatchewan.

Yes, you can apply as an EIT but still need to increase score.
