I checked those skilled immigration process But according to my points it will take lot of time. Can you suggest anything about spouse open work permit visa

no idea. it depends on your situation. if your spouse is more educated and better at english, they can be primary as well. consider all your options

Get a study permit in some private college, get married, come to Canada and live with her. private colleges are 2 to 3 days and you can do some setting with them to not attend classes. you can do 20hrs a week work legally, rest worn on cash. once your wife apply for your file and it approves you can try your luck getting open work permit.
