Which form to apply after having positive LMIA and offer from Canada

I am having a positive LMIA and valid offer letter. I want to apply for WP Visa from India, please advise me on the process or form which I should be following. Thank you.

Can’t help with technical issues. I don’t know what type of LMIA you have. If you need help then consult with an immigration consultant.
