Can we apply for temporary work permit from Overseas after receiving an LMIA supported Job Offer?

I am wondering if we can apply for a Temporary Work Permit from overseas, after receiving LMIA supported Job Offer letter from Canadian employer and move to Canada temporarily?

Do you have a visitor visa? If not, you wait for closed work permit. There is no way to get a temporary work permit.

Nope, I don't have a visitor visa.

So once I have the LMIA supported job offer, I have to apply for closed work permit? I am just trying to find out if one can apply for some kind of permit after receiving a job offer and move to Canada.

You need a closed work permit tor work. There is no other permit available.
