Which CSQ number needs to specify in Generic Application form for Canada

Hi,

I got CSQ in June 2016 and now preparing for federal application for Canada.

In form: GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA [IMM0008ENU_2D], I selected the category as: Quebec Selected Skilled Worker.
After that I need to specify the CSQ number.

But in CSQ there are 2 numbers specified. 1. File number, 2. Individual Reference Number.

So which number will be filled in this field.
Please help.
