i'd like to ask on how to send the passport to vac manila can i use any courier like dhl or lbc. and if there is a fee on vac? and how to complete our papers i know there's an instruction on vac but it's confused me a lot. and it's stating that if you done you'r biometric and you pay it already then there is no payment for visa that is right? thank you for all of you
