where to send application (outland)?

I am confused now, do we send the PR application to Vegreville in Alberta, or to Mississauga? It's an outland application and we live in Toronto. I initially thought all applications go to Alberta, but I am not sure now - which is it?

If I recall, all the outland applications have to be sent to Mississauga.

the application guide has the address for where to send it, so be sure to follow the directions that are provided. both applications are sent to mississauga first, then CIC will internally transfer the applicant's application to the appropriate visa office.

There is a different address to send your application. It depends if you're sending it by mail or by courier. I suggest, better start reading the application guide and country specific guide to have a clear idea.
