Where to mail?

Can anyone please tell me what address should be used to send CEC application via Canada Post Express Mail:

OR

Hey, I thought that if its by Mail it should be:

But if its by courier it should be:
Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Canadian Experience Class
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street

As I understand iamitguy is sending via Canada post, shouldn't he send it to P.O. Box 4000.

As i m sending via express post probably thats why it should post to Dorchester Street.
otherwise for a regular mail,it should send to PO box..

Please Correct me if m not. ;D

O man...I think my friend made a mistake as he used the Express post but sent it to the Post Box and the tracking shows that its delivered....

Is this a problem?

^ It's not a problem.

People have sent Xpresspost to both the street address and the PO box, and have had their applications received.

It's possible that the third-party courier services (UPS etc) might have more restrictions on delivery to PO boxes.
