"The applicant must include the immigration medical examination (IME) number in their e-APR."

Is there a field in the post ITA application form where we fill in the IME number?

The instructions also mention:

"The applicant must provide a copy of either the information printout sheet or the Upfront Medical Report form [IMM 1017B], whichever the panel physician provides upon completion of the medical examination."

I have this copy and will upload it.

Just making sure I didn't miss anything.

There is no such field either in Pre_ITA Application or Post_ITA Application.

CIC will validate your Medicals with the IME number on the uploaded sheet

when u say upfront medical .... no need of IME number.

Ask them whether they are doing upfront medical exam for immigration and book an appointment

To echo what's already been said, no IME for upfront medicals. We don't have IME's. Instead, the panel where you go for your medicals assigns a UMI, which is mentioned in the information printout sheet. That's the number CIC uses to access our reports. At least that's what I was told.

u r right. we will get an UMI number in the sheet. CIC will verify using that UMI ##.

Its my bad to say CIC will verify using IME number. They see UMI NUmber on the right top corner of the information sheet.
