where to direct re-consideration request/better particulars

hi all,
i had my PR application refused yesterday on the basis of lack of enough work experience. Now this was my mistake as i sent them APPOINTMENT LETTERS instead of REFERENCE letters. now my question is where do i send my reference letter or ask for reconsideration? thanks

Sorry to hear. Unfortunately, it's unlikely they will open your file for reconsideration, as the error was yours, not theirs. The better option is for you to re-enter the Express Entry pool, wait for a new ITA, and start the application process over again...
