Should the Designated Medical Practitioner send the medical results to CIC Mississauga or to the Visa Office in the respective country? I'm afraid the DMP I visited is not familiar with family sponsorship in terms of the medical exam and where to send, which they're supposed to know.

To Ottawa. Which will then wait to hear from your VO and then will send it to your VO.
That said, the reason they are DMP's is because they are informed by CIC of everything that is going on. Sometimes a little late, but they usually know what's going on.

Really? I will check it with the DMP. I am worried because at first they wrote Singapore in the form as the visa where to send the results, but I will be processed in Manila as I informed them. I only found that out when I was on my way home and read Singapore in the form, so I called them to change it, and I did change my copy by myself which I sent to CIC together with my applications. And by the way, I have my medicals in Bangkok.

I believe they can send it to any of the Regional Medical Offices (RMO). They are located in Ottawa, London, Beijing, Manila, New Delhi, Singapore and Paris.
So if you are being processed in Manila, they can send it to Manila RMO. Though with the RMOs and VOs being linked electronically, everything is sent online so I don't think it really matters what RMO the medicals are sent to. The VO will have your file number so should be able to find it wherever it is.

Hi folks - I think @Parker is correct - all medical results now go to Ottawa first but call CIC or check their website to confirm - just in case - so you can have peace of mind.
