Address above is correct . That's where you are supposed to send additional document. If they didn't request original then you can also scan it and send it to CPC-Ottawa.

No I did not receive the request but I ordered Gcms notes and saw that the VO has concerns about my salary, so my boss signed a letter to explain the situation.
Ps. Can I send the email to CIC by myself or only my lawyer can email them,since my lawyer signed the use of representative form.
I am in the same boat. I just sent my supplementary employment letter by email yesterday. Please see the website below, it seems that they only accept email or fax.

Why not let your lawyer to send it? I guess if you have a representative, you should let him do everything.

Cos last time I told him to send my T4, he totally forgot about it and he did not send in until couple months later...so I don't trust him this time...

Friend, I guess you could send the documents by yourself after all you are the principal applicant.
