Thanks and actually I found this document, because I was looking at it yesterday.
The confusing part is; if you look at IMM5678E form (Q9) explains total income available to sponsor is by adding the the total incomes from Q16h & Q19h in the same form. If you look at Q16h & Q19h they are both include all of the exclusions were mentioned in the OB 561 with the exception of UCCB payments. I just find the info is misleading.
Does this mean they will be considering all of what they call other source of income and will subtract them later?

We sent our application from Vancouver via Purolator on December 31st 2013 at 6pm.
Arrived CPC mailroom at 8:56 am on 02 January.
We completed the application ourselves and submitted 2010, 2011 and 2012 NOA as we had requested them back in November.
I also have my parents visiting us for Christmas so their signatures are originals.
Good luck to all and thanks for this awesome forum. It has really helped us.

Application reached CPC-M at 8:21 am on January 3rd 2014, sent on Jan 2nd by UPS (NS). So worried. Any idea when we will get any letter from CPC if my application accepted or rejected?
hello all,
sorry, I am new to this forum. I am applying for the new 2014 family sponsorship.
I am Canadian Citizen, My sister is PR. I am sponsoring Dad and Mom and a brother who is older than 18 but he is studying Master back home.
My questions are:
1. If my brother is a dependant and is able to apply for immigrate with my parents?? how to prove that he is type B dependant?
2. do I and my sister need to fill out Additional Family Form and Schedule A Background Declaration form?
