When to order GCSM notes?

Well I am sure you all understand the feelings we all go through while waiting. I am considering ordering the notes on my file at some point but not sure when would be the best time. So just curious what others thoughts are on when are the best times to order notes? How often have you ordered them etc. Since it can take a while to process and receive the notes would it make sense to order them sooner than later? I am sure I am over thinking this.... ;D

There's really no point in ordering them until the applicant's side goes to In Process, and even then I'd probably wait a little bit...at this point all you would see is a lot of "not started" notations. I only ordered them once and it was soon after I went In Process and there wasn't a lot going on even at that point.

Thank you!! Mine says in process as of last week. How long did you wait? Maybe I should wait a month to request them. It may still not say much at that point.

Give it a couple more weeks, then order them. And you're right, there might not be a lot of info in there, but at that point there will some additional info that you might not see now.
