When to apply for OWP with inland

Hello, my wife and I are applying inland this Novmeber, when do I submit her application for Open Work Permit, with the pr application or do I wait until AIP? thanks!

I have heard that i should apply at the same time as the PR. But i cant find the application or any instructions, should we apply online through cic.gc.ca?

It is the same apllication form use when you apply for work permit or extension of work permit and submit it together with your application package sor sponsorship.

If you send the OWP application with the rest of the application, it can save time, as they will have it to process once AIP has been granted. Otherwise, they will send you a request for one, then you have to compile and send back, not knowing how long they will take to look at it..

Just make sure that you include the application and pay the $150 fee for the application.

Does anyone know what form I should submit where it is on cic.gc.ca? all i can find is an application for outside canada.
