When do you start counting from?

just a quick question! Do you start counting your time from when your application is received or would it be from the time they opened your application to approve your SA?? The application was received May 8 then opened June 8 and SA was approved July 6 and forwarded then the VO in Dar es Saalam. Where does the actual month count begin?? Thanks!

For stage 1, it starts when they receive it.
Stage 2 after SA.
