Hi guys, my clases will start on January 9, 2017 at Algonquin College Ottawa campus. I am wondering if you would like to create a Whatsapp group or share your opinions here.

Hi Tony, Id really loved Ottawa to stay and study but I dont hve IELTS Acad (only General)neither TOEFL. If you are there already pls help me ask if they allow letter from school that our medium of instruction was taught in English. Im planning to take OTA/PTA 2yrs diploma or Massage Therapy 3 yrs. Thank you.

^^^^^ university will need IELTS scores. You can't apply without them. Certificate from school means nothing to them. On the other hand , you'll have a bunch of problems when it comes to visa.

Hi, you will need to take the IELTS Academic, it is mandatory. I showed them my IELTS General Training certificate and as I got an overall score of 7 they accepted my enrollment conditionally, they sent me then a Conditional Letter of Acceptance since I still needed to retake the test and provide the IELTS Academic score. Fortunately I had no problem and got an overall 7.5, that was back in August.
