joining algonquin in jan 2017
I got admission for 1 year program. I will apply for next year course again to make it 2+3 yrs visa.
Do i need to pay fees and show gic money for next year even if i am currently studying in canada?

Firstly, when yoy canada..you will get 1 year study permit only and after 1 year you need to apply for work permit 90 days before your study permit expire date.

If you want to get 2/3 year visa then you have to apply for both course before applying for visa. You don't need GIC for second year but about fee of second year program, I don't know what to do.

This is from best of my knowledge. Check CIC website for details.
