My father is coming on multiple visa? Can he work in Canada? Some one told me that he can apply for LMIA. How long it will take time and how much the fee is?
And how can I convert my parents visitor visa into super visa or PR.

He can’t work on a visitor visa. In order to work, he would need to find an employer will to go through the LIMA process, not something your dad can do. If successful, he would then need to apply for a work permit. Lima process can take several mo the after finding an employer willing to spend the mo way.
You can apply for a supervisa, but not from Canada. He would have to return to his home country. To sponsor your father as a pr, you need to qualify for the PGP program and be chosen in the lottery.
