For example, I started working in this position on Sept 1 2017 and my contract ends on Aug 31 2019--Will this be considered "two years"? Or does it have to be Sept 1 to Sept 1? Because technically my situation is one day short! Thanks!!!
Would you still be considered "employed" on Aug 31? If so, then that is actually 2 full years, since you include the last day. The system will automatically count your experience as 2 years, as well.
